Description
The Nucarrier solution is a very efficient carrier for precipitation of nucleic acids (DNA or RNA).

Storage

Handling Process
100μl of solution (DNA or RNA)
1. Add 5 μl of 3M sodium acetate
2. Add 5 μl of Nucarrier
3. Add 200 ~250 of Ethanol
4. 12000 r.p.m., for 5~7 minutes
5. Precipitates Note: (Don't be too dry, or it is hard to dissolve. The semi-wet condition is the best)

Applications
For 100 applications (depend on sample amount)
