Description
The FavorPrep MicroElute Gel/PCR Pruifiction Kit allows isolation and concentration of DNA fragments, 70bp~4Kb, specifically from agarose gel, PCR reaction or enzymatic reactions. This kit eliminates impurities and salt efficiently from the sample matrix. The purified DNA fragments can be used directly fro downstream applications and the end elution volume can be as low as 10 £g l to obtain high concentration of DNA.

Procedure
The DNA fragments in the chaotropic salt, are bonded to the glass-fiber matrix of the spin column. After washing off the contaminants, the purified DNA fragments are eluted by low-salt elution buffer or ddH 2 O. Salt, enzymes and unincoporated nucleotides can be effectively removed from the reaction mixture without phenol/chloroform extraction and alcohol precipitation.
Storage Conditions
Stable for 1 year at room temperature.
