Description
The FavorPrep™ 96-Well Total RNA Kits provide a high-throughput, rapid and economical method to purify total RNA. RNA Binding wash and elution steps could be do on vacuum manifold or by centrifugation. The entire procedure can be completed in 40-60minutes and the eluted RNA is ready to use in different application.

Procedure
The method utilizes a chaotrophic salt to lyse cell and inactivate RNase. The RNA is absorbed to the fibre matrix in each well of the plate. Following washing of contaminants, the purified RNA is eluted by RNase-free water. Salts, enzymes and unincorporated nucleotides are effectively removed from reactions mixtures without toxi phenol extraction and alcohol precipitation.
Storage Conditions
FavorPrep™ Total RNAKit can be stored at room temperature (15-25 ¢J ). Stable for 1 year at room temperature at 15-25¢J.
