Description:
This system is designed for the separation and identification of DNA and RNA fragments, PCR products and synthetic oligonucleotides in agarose gels.It allows users to cast, run and perform Southern or Northern blotting in 12.0 x 12.0 cm, 14.0 x 20.0 cm, or 23.5 x 20 cm agarose gels.This economical, easy-to-use unit offers many features for superior gel performance, as follows.

Features:
1. Special buffer circulation design:A circulation cave design is present under the tank bed, equipped with a stirring bar, to increase the electrophoresis buffer's efficiency for fast separation of nucleic acids.
2. Special leveling design: A horizontal monitoring device ensures that the gel is always kept in the horizontal position.
3. Safety cover: The safety cover can be lifted or taken off.
4. Perfect Result: The fragments of DNA or RNA wonˇ¦t be 'smiling'.
5. Effortless set-up: It is easy to pour gel into the system, with no need for tape, clamps or springs.
6. Adjustable comb-teeth position: The comb-teeth position can be adjusted, allowing for faster blotting. |
