DNA Yield: 4~8 µg/ 200 µl whole blood up to 5 x 10 cultured cells

Important Notes:
1. Buffers provided in this system contain irritants. Wear gloves and lab coat when handling these buffers.
2. Add required volume of ethanol (96- 100 %) to W1 Buffer and Wash Buffer when first use.
3. Preheat a dry bath or water bath to 60 °C before the operation.
5. All centrifuge steps are done at full speed (~18,000 x g) in a microcentrifuge.
